Since I was a teenager I wanted to be a weight lifter/bodybuilder. 
I just let everything get in the way and life took over... Broken hearts, deaths (in 20 yrs 35 funerals by the time I was 31 including almost all my family and my mom and step dad).. My name is Patricia Payne, and just like you, I wanted freedom from food obsession and cardio.

I tried all the quick fix diets. 

I would lose weight, then I’d put it back on again.

I would eat clean all week, then binge on the weekend.

I’d beat myself up about it. 

I’d put in extra hours at the gym because of it.

I would train 6-7 days a week - sometimes twice a day.

This cycle repeated itself week after week and year after year.

I also met my now-Husband, Law.

He taught me that sugar and carbs are NOT the enemy.

Law showed me how to train the right way and taught me how to fuel my body properly.

And I did it…

I finally achieved the toned and athletic body I was always working so desperately for AND I did it eating 2500 calories a day, training just 3 days per week.

I now sleep through the night, have good digestion - I’m regular and no longer bloated, have great energy, have a regular and pain-free period, and I don’t binge eat anymore. I’m finally FREE from food restriction. I feel the best I’ve ever felt.

After realising that I was doing everything wrong before and that so many women were caught in a similar trap, Law and I created the DominateFitnessGoal online program. 

I made it my mission to help women - similar to how I used to be - build bodies they love and free themselves from food and cardio obsession so they could live their best lives.

STEP #1: GETTING YOUR FOOD AND MACRONUTRIENTS DIALLED IN & EATING MORE!

Remember how you’ve been frustrated with trying to sustain unsustainable and restrictive diets?

Or why you always get out-of-control cravings and binge eat?

And how you can’t seem to stick with a diet for longer than a few days or a few weeks?

It’s because you aren’t eating enough and you're cutting out sugar.

You aren’t eating the right foods to optimise your health and your body.

Think about it.

You restrict and restrict.

But you’re slaving away for hours on end doing cardio or HIIT classes.

‘Eating more’ goes against the whole concept behind weight loss.

You can’t survive off of 1000-1500 calories per day - no one can.

You’re going to feel tired, cranky, and you’re going to have painful and irregular periods. Doing this slows down your metabolism.

Your body goes into survival mode. 

And in survival mode, you’re not going to lose weight.

Your cravings are also from not getting enough or proper nutrients.

Not all superfoods are superfoods ← remember this.

It comes down to a nutrient rich, easy to digest diet - think about how your grandmother used to eat and cook.

Both my great grandparents and grandparents lived into their 90's. I remember going to my Nene's house and she would make me freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit from her garden, roasted potatoes in lard, butter on home made bread as well as home made custards and ice creams.

These days you're told to eat all these so called super foods like nuts, seeds, kale and green smoothies! I don't remember my grand parents eating any of these foods.

Throw those health foods in the garbage.

You can eat REAL and YUMMY foods - like potatoes, fudge, milk, ice cream, and more.

And lose weight and get the body you want.

When you start eating more food and good food, your cravings will stop. The binges will stop.

It’s a win-win.

And don’t worry - we’re almost there.

STEP #2: START STRENGTH TRAINING

A lot of women f*ck this part up.

You’re told to hit the cardio machine to burn the fat and calories.

But… 

You never lose the weight - or at least, not in a way that’s sustainable.

And you spend hours upon hours working out - not ideal.

Strength training only 3 days a week will help you build muscle,

Which increases your resting metabolism.

How?

Muscle burns more energy at rest than fat tissue. 

Muscle also gives you that toned and defined shape you’re after.

Cardio won’t get you strong - thus, it won’t build muscle. 

You need to become strong to change your body composition.

And your body composition is the reason you don’t look how you want to look.

Strength training will help you increase lean muscle mass and lose body fat all while increasing your calories not decreasing them.
